Shared With

Team collaboration and access management

The Shared With section manages which teams have access to this client's records.

Display

Not Shared

When client data hasn't been shared:

Message: "The client data has not been shared with anyone."

Shared with Teams

When shared, each team displays with:

  • Team name
  • "Show Team" button (navigates to team page)
  • "Unshare" button (red, removes access)

Sharing Mechanics

How sharing works:

  • Client records can be shared with multiple teams
  • Team members gain view-only or edit access based on role
  • Unsharing immediately revokes all team member access
  • Admin users can manage sharing permissions

Team Member Access

View-only by default:

  • Team members see informational banner
  • Cannot edit or delete content
  • Cannot manage sharing

Team admins:

  • Same permissions as note owner
  • Can manage sharing
  • Full editing capabilities

Unsharing

To revoke team access:

  1. Click red "Unshare" button
  2. Team immediately loses access
  3. Team members can no longer view client
  4. Change is permanent (can re-share later if needed)
