Set Up Your Account

Create your Serene workspace in minutes

Getting started with Serene begins with creating your professional account.
This quick setup ensures your workspace is secure and ready for scheduling, notes, and client management.

Step 1: Go to the Serene App​

Visit the platform

Open serene.vybz.health in your browser.
Click Get Started to begin creating your account.

Step 2: Go To Your Dashboard​

Simple sign in process

Simply sign in with your Google Account by clicking Continue with Google.

You should see a pop-up asking you to choose your Google account.

If you don’t see the pop-up​

  • Check the address bar for a blocked pop-up icon and allow pop-ups for care.vybz.health.
  • If you use Brave/Ad-blockers, disable shields for the site.
  • Try Incognito/Private window (ensure third-party cookies are allowed for accounts.google.com).
  • If a corporate network blocks OAuth, switch to a personal network or VPN.

Finish sign-in​

  1. Select your Google account.
  2. Review permissions (email, profile) and Allow.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the Serene Dashboard (top-right avatar shows your signed-in account).
  4. First time here? You may be prompted to create your workspace.
