What You'll See
Monthly Calendar View
At the top of your calendar, you'll find a visual month view that displays:
- Upcoming sessions marked on their scheduled dates
- Time-off periods highlighted in a different color
- Team bookings (if you're part of a team)
- Available slots based on your booking configuration
Click on any date to see the full details of sessions scheduled for that day.
Upcoming Sessions
Below the calendar, your upcoming appointments are organized and displayed with:
- Client name and contact information
- Session date and time
- Service type (e.g., Initial Consultation, Follow-up Session)
- Payment status (Paid, Unpaid, or Pending)
- Session duration
- Booking type (Individual or Team booking)
Time Filters
Quickly filter your view to see sessions happening:
- Today - Sessions scheduled for today
- This Week - All sessions in the current week
- This Month - Monthly overview
- This Year - Year-long planning view
Booking Type Filters
If you work with teams, you can filter to view:
- All - Every session regardless of type
- Team - Only sessions booked through team pages
- Individual - Only sessions booked through your personal page

Refresh Calendar
Use the refresh button (circular arrow icon) to sync your calendar with the latest bookings. This ensures you always see up-to-date information, especially after:
- Creating new bookings
- Modifying existing sessions
- Receiving new client bookings

Click on any session card to:
- View complete client information

Time-Off Conflicts
When you add time off, the calendar automatically identifies any sessions that conflict with your scheduled break. These sessions are highlighted so you can:
